A child was sent to the hospital after a bus accident in Morgan County Wednesday morning.
West Liberty police said the bus went through an intersection too fast and slid into a gravel driveway. Police said the fog was so dense the driver didn't realize she had already gone through the intersection. A boy who was napping the back of the bus was thrown into the air. Police said he was taken to the hospital as a precaution.
Police said the driver submitted a toxicology sample. They do not suspect alcohol to be a factor in the accident.
