The State House approved a measure that makes student achievement one prime indicator of how well teachers are doing their jobs. Representative Carl Rollins of Midway is sponsoring house bill 40. He says it promotes continuous professional growth for our teachers so they can become better. The bill now goes to the Senate for consideration.
