Storms Cause Some Damage in Kentucky

Storms on Thursday knocked down some trees and caused a roof to collapse in Knox County.
Storms Thursday caused some damage in Kentucky.

Mostly, it was downed trees. The National Weather Service says the roof collapsed at the Tru-Seal plant in Barbourville, in Knox County. There are reports three people were inside, but they were rescued and have minor injuries.

There are other reports of trees down, including one at the Kentucky School for the Deaf in Danville and a small power outage north of Harrodsburg.

Minor structural damage is reported in Leslie County.
