Mark Stoops hasn't been in charge in Lexington very long, but he's making every second count so far for the Cats.

Stoops has already brought D.J. Eliot with him from Florida State to be the defensive coordinator at Kentucky.  His background can be viewed here.

Today, Neal Brown was officially added to the list of names on the coaching staff.  Brown, a Kentucky native, Boyle County grad and former Wildcat, will take over as offensive coordinator in Lexington.  Comments on his hire and details on his background can be seen here.

Also set to join the Cats, a pair of former UK players in Chad Scott and John Schlarman.  Click their names to see their profiles at Texas Tech and Troy respectively.  Scott will join UK as the running backs coach while Schlarman will take over the offensive line.

Also on the offensive side of the ball, wide receivers coach Darin Hinshaw from Tennessee will be in the same capacity in Lexington.  His background can be seen here.

Defensively, Bradley Dale Peveto, a former big-time LSU assistant and head coach at Northwestern State, is set to take over the safeties.  His profile from his time at LSU can be seen here.
