State Supreme Court Reaffirms Decision To Uphold Lexington Cop Killer's Conviction

The Kentucky Supreme Court reaffirmed its decision to uphold the conviction of Lexington cop killer Glenn Doneghy.
The Kentucky Supreme Court reaffirmed its decision to uphold Glenn Doneghy's conviction, according to court documents obtained by ABC 36 News.

A Fayette Circuit jury convicted Doneghy of manslaughter, among other charges, for hitting and killing Lexington Police Officer Bryan Durman in 2010.

Doneghy asked the Supreme Court to overturn that conviction.

The Supreme Court declined.

Doneghy asked the Supreme Court to reconsider.

The Supreme Court declined.

Doneghy is serving a 20-year sentence.
