State Police: Would-Be Burglar Shot To Death In Home

State Police said Wayne Duff broke-in to James Brown's home in Letcher County and that after a brief confrontation, Brown shot Duff to death. No charges were filed against Brown. The case will be presented to a Letcher County Grand Jury.
