Got a similar call from PCL, too. Told I won some cash and it's to be processed after I paid the tax and processing fee for $350. Wow! I'm amazed at how the lady was able to tell such lie and still sound very professional. I knew it was a scam. Like what the police always remind us, if it's too good to be true, it probably is. So I got the phone number and Googled it. Well, I wasn't surprised when I pulled up http://www.callercenter.com and found several complaints associated with the phone number. I wonder, how come this scammer's still able to call?
