State Police: Man Illegally Passed School Bus And Hit Student

State Police said Scottie Ingle, 30, illegally passed a stopped school bus in Rowan County Wednesday morning and hit a teenager, who was airlifted to U.K. Hospital.

I hope the kid gets well fast. Good luck. Good thing this guy wasn't in Politics an a Special Session called. I think they can do what they want if that occurs. Politics over life and death to decide if they get another raise.
