State Police Investigate Death Of Elderly Berea Man

State Police on Wednesday said a death investigation is underway after Walter Coomer, 81, of Berea, was found in a shallow stream beside his home on Paint Lick Road.

Investigators said there were no obvious signs of foul play.

An autopsy was being done to try to determine the cause and manner of Coomer's death.
