State Police arrested three people after a hit and run at a gas station in Powell County.

They said Jarrod Fugate, 19, Zachary Romans, 25, and Anthony Romans, 24, were causing a disturbance at the Easy Stop Gas Station on Main Street in Clay City.

According to troopers, as the men left the gas station they hit three people with their car and then drove off.

Police said they caught up with and arrested the men. Investigators said they believe alcohol was involved in the accident.

Two of the victims were taken to UK Hospital and are now in stable condition. The third victim was treated on the scene.
