State Holds Surplus Equipment Auction Tuesday Morning

The Kentucky Department of Transportation holds its annual surplus equipment auction on Tuesday, September 24, 2013, beginning at 9:00 a.m.

The auction will be held at the Division of Equipment complex on Wilkinson Boulevard in Frankfort.

A total of 686 items are cataloged.  The auction includes everything from trucks to tools to tractors.

Proceeds from the auction goes toward the purchase of new state equipment.
