State Budget Passes House & Senate

Kentucky's 2 year, $19 billion state budget passed both the House and Senate Friday.

It means no raises for state workers, and deep cuts to many state agencies.

The plan also says about 200,000 retirees will not see cost of living adjustments in their checks.

From here the proposed budget goes to governor beshear for final approval
