The whole system of Medical Care needs to be examined to make sure they are not holding back on cures. If you are cured you don't come back month in and month out for more medicine or visits. Now who in their 'right mind' thinks the farmesuiticals wants something cured. That don't set the Stock Market at 'Highs'.
