Stanford Elementary Gets "Surprise Lock Down" Drill

Crews from the Stanford police and fire departments conducted a "surprise lock down" drill at Stanford Elementary School Wednesday in case an emergency were to happen in the school.

Police and fire units were deployed to the school, and students, teachers and staff put their lock down procedures into effect.

Officials said everything went extraordinarily well and that it was a great day of training for everyone involved.
