A high school baseball player who collapsed last Saturday remains in serious condition.

Clayton Phelps plays for Southwestern High School in Pulaski County.

Witnesses told the Commonwealth-Journal newspaper he collapsed in a dugout from what appeared to be a seizure.

Phelps is now at UK Hospital.
