State Police said a man who was last living in Somerset has been arrested and charged in a double murder case.

The investigation dates back to 1994, when police said two people were killed at the New Life Massage Parlor in Oak Grove.

Troopers put out a warrant for Edward Carter, 43. They said they found Carter in a hotel room in Warren County, Ohio.

Carter faces two counts of murder and is being held on a $1 million bond.

Two other people have been arrested as well. They are Frank Black Jr. 39, from Alabama and Leslie Duncan, 50, from Central City, Kentucky.
