A packed Rupp Arena welcomed the NCAA National Champion Cats back to Lexington Tuesday.

The team was bused in from Blue Grass Airport to celebrate with thousands of Solid Blue fans.

The Cats win in New Orleans means the team now has 8 National Championships under its belt.

Tickets to the Rupp Celebration were free...and every last one of them was handed out.

The crowd heard from UK Senior Darius Miller, Coach Cal and UK Athletics Director Mitch Barnhart.

The ceremony lasted about 30 minutes.
