Lexington police said the sleet, followed by the onset of snow, has kept them busy with several accidents reported.

They noted one crash in particular that happened on Tates Creek Road and Laredo Drive shortly after midnight.

Officers said the car flipped completely over in the accident.

No word on if the driver was hurt.

On a related note, State Police are encouraging anyone who sees an accident or a stranded driver to call 911 or 1-800-222-5555 for the KSP Office.

Those seeking updates about road conditions should call 1-866-737-3767 or #511 from a cell phone, or visit 511.ky.gov.
