the "assault" rifle is not the problem..the proliferation of gun free zomes and the liberal dispensation of certain psychiatric drugs is the most definitive factors in mass killings in America...besides the last time I checked the constitution is the supreme law of this land and all those politicians and law enforcement officials as well as military men took and oath to uphold the constitution above all.

Yes and there should be an immediate 'stay' on the sales of guns of any sort until new laws are advocated to prevent a run on guns by those who feel they can't live without a stockpile in their man cave.

Only if at the same time they make a bill that declares all the other guns off limits to any further debate of any kind of bans.
