One man is dead, following a shooting in Madison County.

Police say another man was also shot.

It occurred at an apartment above the Oliver And Oliver law firm in Berea. Police say there was a fight between the shooter and the victims Sunday night at the apartment, and apparently the man came back Monday morning and shot them.

The survivor was taken to a hospital in Lexington. The shooting suspect is identified as Matthew Denholm, 27. Police say he is a veteran, and should be considered armed and dangerous. He drove away in a black 2005 Pontiac GT.

ABC 36 News will continue to provide more information as it becomes available.
