Sheriff: Non-Compliant Sex Offender Arrested In Boyle County

The Boyle County Sheriff's Office Sex Offender Compliance Unit arrested Gene Paul Pendygraft, 42, of Junction City, for reportedly failing to notify authorities when he changed his address.
The Boyle County Sheriff's Office Sex Offender Compliance Unit arrested Gene Paul Pendygraft, 42, of Junction City, on Thursday for reportedly failing to notify authorities that he had moved to a new address.

Registered sex offenders are required by law to notify Probation & Parole prior to or on the day of an address change.

Investigators said when deputies went to Pendygraft's last known address, it was vacant.

Deputies soon found Pendygraft at another location where he was arrested.

Deputies said he was charged with Failure to Comply With Sex Offender Registration 2nd Offense, which is a Class C Felony.
