A Laurel County crime spree ends with two arrests and a car fire.

The sheriff's office says relatives saw a strange car in front of someone's home on Monday. As they checked on the house, two people ran outside. The relatives called police, and officers eventually found a Toyota Camry, on fire, on Eagle Creek Road. It's not clear how or why the car caught fire. Officers did not find the two suspects, but the sheriff's office says a search of their apartment uncovered items found in a robbery of Ott's Store, and a separate burglary of the same store.

Police eventually found and arrested 23-year-old Joshua Westerfield and 29-year-old Natalee Wood. Both are in jail, facing various charges.
