Police: Man Tried To Kidnap Child At Frankfort Park

A Franklin County man is accused of grabbing women and trying to kidnap a child from a Frankfort park.

Police say 65-year-old Sheth Ishwarbha tried to leave Lake View Park with a child.

He is also accused of grabbing a young girl.

Investigators say the kids were able to get away.

Ishwarbha was charged and is now in jail.
