Several Injured, Including A Small Child In Lexington Collision

Lexington Police said a car ran a stop sign and collided with a minivan at the Man O' War exit off of I-75, sending several people to the hospital, including an unrestrained 4-year old child.
Lexington Police said several people were injured, including a small child, following a collision at the I-75 exit onto Man O' War Boulevard.

Police said a car exiting southbound I-75 onto Man O' War, ran a stop sign and collided with a minivan that was traveling on the inner loop of Man O' War.

Investigators said there was an unrestrained 4-year old child in the car who suffered a head injury.  Police said there was also the male driver and a teenage passenger in the car.

Police said there were two adults and two teenagers in the minivan.

Investigators said in all, seven people were taken to the hospital.  It took three ambulances to transport all the victims, according to police.

No names were released.

Police said a third vehicle was clipped in the collision, but no one was hurt and there was minimal damage.

The accident remained under investigation.
