A senior prank got out of hand Thursday morning at Franklin County High School when a deer head and a dead cat were found in the school.

Principal Buddy Sampson approved the seniors' plans of scattering toilet paper, syrup, silly string and other items around the school, according to the State Journal Newspaper.

The State Journal reports that officials don't believe the cat was killed as part of the prank, and individual students may be punished for taking things too far.
