U.S. Senator Rand Paul of Kentucky said despite what the Supreme Court ruled, "Obamacare is unconstitutional."

Senator Paul told the GOP convention Wednesday night that the only way to turn back President Obama's health care overhaul, was to elect a new president.  Senator Paul has endorsed Mitt Romney.

The convention featured a video tribute to Paul's father, Texas Congressman Ron Paul, the brash libertarian and former Romney rival with a passionate following who failed to win a GOP presidential primary.

Senator Rand Paul, who was not the GOP establishment's choice when he ran for Senate, urged his father's backers to stay loyal to the Republican Party.
