Second Person Charged In Child Abuse Case

A man is charged with child abuse after police said two children told a case worker he was beating them with a belt.

A second person was arrested in a child abuse case in Lexington.

Joseph Harney was charged with criminal abuse.

According to a police citation, two boys, ages three and six, told a case worker that Harney beat them with a belt.

According to the case worker, the children had several bruises on their bodies.
