Second 'Golden Alert' Issued For Laurel County Man

The Laurel County Sheriff's Office needs your help finding a missing man.

It issued a Golden Alert Thursday afternoon for a 25-year-old Billy Pennington.

Deputies say Pennington is impaired and has a medical condition.

Investigators say he was last seen walking on Bible Road toward Fariston, which is a few miles south of London.

Deputies say Pennington is 6-feet tall and 170 pounds.

He was last seen wearing a gray shirt and cammo pants.

Deputies say Pennington was also reported missing Wednesday night and was later found at the Walmart in London.
