Second Arrest Made In Murder Of Adair County Man

 Kentucky State Police said a man was arrested Tuesday for the murder of Wendall Pyles.
 Pyles was discovered shot to death on September 26th at the Tarter Gate Company in Dunnville, where he worked as a nightshift maintenance supervisor.
 Police said they charged William 'Billy" Rigdon with murder.
 He is in the Casey County jail.
 This is the second arrest in connection to Pyles' murder.
 Last week police arrested David Salyers and and charged with complicity to commit murder.
