A second suspect has been arrested in connection to a homicide/missing person case of Alex Johnson.

Pharr, TX Police arrested Robert Markham Taylor Wednesday night at a hotel.

Lexington Police wanted to arrest Taylor on warrants accusing him of tampering with evidence, kidnapping Alex Johnson, and murdering him.

Friends feel for Johnson's family.

"I mean I can't imagine losing a brother, or a son, but horrible, because now they know that their is gone.  It's almost like a definite thing now, whereas before, it's almost like they had a sense of hope," said Jody Schultz, a friend of Johnson's.

Pharr Police say Lexington Police tipped them off to his whereabouts.  Pharr Police say they arrested Taylor without any trouble.

Pharr Police say they found several pounds of marijuana in Taylor's car.  They charged him with marijuana possession.

More than a month ago, police say Alex Johnson was in his apartment here on Hanover Street, and on the phone with his girlfriend when he heard a knock on the door, hung up the phone, and that's the last time anybody's heard from him.

Earlier this week police arrested Timothy Ballard, and charged him with kidnapping and tampering with physical evidence.  Police would not say how they tracked Taylor to Texas.

The Fayette County Sheriff's Office will be responsible for Taylor's extradition.
