Second Arrest Made In 2-Year-Old Murder Case

Lexington police have charged Joseph Richardson in the 2010 murder of Rocardo Cole.

According to police, Richardson is already in jail in Boyle County on unrelated charges. Two weeks ago police also arrested Kenneth Wadkins in the murder.

Police said Rocardo Cole was found, shot, on Versailles road in December of 2010.
