State police have arrested a second suspect, after a murder in Bell County on Friday.
Police say 61-year-old Bobby Wiggins was found dead in the woods, around 2 p.m. Friday. Wiggins was from Middlesboro.
Police arrested 32-year-old William Anderson of Flat Lick on Saturday. State police then arrested 25-year-old James Sizemore, also of Flat Lick, on Monday. He's now in jail in Knox County.
Police are not saying how Wiggins died, or what led to the murder.
