Family members of Caycee Sturgill, 19, reported her missing.  Family members stated she has been missing since Tuesday morning.

The family told police she may be with a white male known to them as Luke Messer.  Police say Caycee does not have a means of transportation or access to money.  Family members report that it is not like Caycee to not answer her phone, miss classes at EKU, and unlike her not reply to Facebook messages or leave unexpectedly.

Law enforcement attempts to contact Luke Messer and Caycee have so far been unsuccessful.  Caycee does have a twin sister living in Richmond.

Caycee is described as: white female, 5' 5", 180 lbs; with brown eyes and brown hair. If anyone has seen Caycee Sturgill, knows her whereabouts, or knows Luke Messer or his whereabouts, please contact Richmond Police at (859) 623-1162.
