Scott Co. Teacher Accused of Kissing and Groping Student

A high school teacher in Scott County allegedly confessed to groping a 15-year-old boy in a classroom, according to the Georgetown News-Graphic.
A high school teacher in Scott County allegedly confessed to groping a 15-year-old boy in a classroom, according to the Georgetown News-Graphic.

The newspaper said Elizabeth Alexander, 26, reportedly admitted to kissing the student, letting him grope her breast and asking the boy to send a photo of his genitals to her phone.

She has been charged with first-degree sexual abuse and using a minor under 16 in a sexual performance.

Alexander, who teaches World Civilization and Advanced Placement Psyhcology, is in her second year of teaching at Scott County High School, according to the News-Graphic.

In a statement, the high school said it could not offer any additional information as the investigation is underway.

Alexander was booked in the Scott County Detention Center on Tuesday.
