Schools Closed Due To Water Damage

According to the Scott County School District all schools are closed on Wednesday because the water pipes ruptured at Easter Elementary and frozen sprinkler heads busted at Georgetown Middle School.

Officials say Eastern Elementary has water damage in several classrooms and Georgetown Middle has water damage to their media center.

Cleanup is underway at both schools. Schools are expected to be back open on Thursday.
