Salvation Army Far From Kettle Drive Goal

The Salvation Army reports only having collected 61% of its Kettle Drive goal despite there only being four days left for the drive.
The Salvation Army Kettle Drive is ending in just a few days and the organization reports it is a long way from it's goal.

The Lexington salvation army said it has only raised 61% of it's 500,000 goal. The Salvation Army said it is trying to raise 30% more money this year because of a greater need. Red Kettle bell ringers can be found at various stores around Lexington.

The Kettle campaign provides critical operating dollars for The Salvation Army’s Emergency Shelter, Boys and Girls Club, Food Pantry, Basic Needs & Emergency Services and the Early Learning Center.
