Salvation Army workers said donations are picking up as they try to meet their holiday fundraising goal.
The local chapter wanted to raise $485,000, but have now changed their goal to $466,000. That’s 96 percent of the goal.
While the tradition “Kettle Drive” is now over, you can still donate online through December 31st.
The funds help support the Salvation Army throughout the year, not just at the holidays.
