Salvation Army Angel Tree Application Dates Set

The Salvation Army in Lexington will take applications for its Angel Tree Christmas 'Gift' and 'Food' programs on the following dates:
  • October 9
  • October 10
  • October 16
  • October 17
  • October 30
  • October 31
  • November 1
The applications will be accepted from 9:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m.

Parents and Guardians needing help with securing Christmas gifts and food for their children who live in Lexington should apply in person at The Salvation Army, 736 West Main Street, Lexington, Kentucky (Administration Building).

Applicants should bring a picture ID, proof of birth dates for children, proof of income, a rent receipt, utility bill and clothing sizes and a brief toy list for each child.

Last year nearly 7,000 children received a Christmas gift through the Salvation Army Angel Tree.
