A Lexington restaurant loses its safe in robbery early Monday morning.
Police say they responded to an alarm at the Subway on Versailles Road just after 2.
We’re told when they arrived they found a side glass door broken open.
The owner of the business arrived and told police the safe was missing.
According to police, he is still taking inventory to determine if anything else was taken.
