UK guard Ryan Harrow sat out last season at Kentucky.  He's only played one year of collegiate basketball, but is kind of a veteran for the Cats in 2012-13.

The one thing that helped Harrow prepare for the spotlight as Cal's next point guard protege...a summer in Raleigh, North Carolina, playing pickup games against top talent.  Talent like former Cat John Wall, who also spent his summer in Tar Heel country.

But it wasn't always easy for Harrow to get the ex-UK star to the Garner Road YMCA for runs.

Check out the video for more from Harrow on his summer against Wall and what he learned from some great battles!
