Eastern Kentucky University police are reporting a campus assault and robbery. they say it happened around 4:30 am on the Elmwood property off Lancaster Avenue. police say the victim told them two males pulled him over a fence, assaulted him, then stole money and personal items from him. no arrests have been made and the incident is under investigation.
