Road Striping In Fayette County May Cause Travel Delays

Motorists traveling throughout Fayette County might experience delays and slow-moving traffic as road paint crews apply striping to roadways in the area.

Striping will continue in various areas throughout the county through Saturday, Aug. 10. Crews will be working 24 hours a day to get the work finished.

Motorists are strongly encouraged to be on guard for congested traffic and adjust their speed accordingly. Drivers should expect delays and are encouraged to allow extra time in reaching their destination.
