Richmond Police are looking for a man who they say has a gun and is dangerous.

Investigators say 21-year-old Tony Ray Donta Gay shot a man Monday afternoon, then took off in a black Ford Taurus.

They say surveillance photos show the car with the Kentucky license plate 408-LBD.

Police say it started around 4:15 Monday afternoon when they were called to the intersection of Race and Spring Streets.

They say a man had been shot in the abdomen but underwent surgery at UK Hospital and should be okay.
