A man has been criminally charged in connection with the reported beating of a kitten.

The Madison County Sheriff's Office said Friday evening that Gary L. Foster, Junior, 32, of Richmond, had been charged with Torture of a Dog or Cat 1st Offense.

Foster is due in court on September 24th.

A man told investigators that he found the kitten August 13th with shattered bones in its front legs.

He told investigators he thought the kitten had been repeatedly hit with a golf club.

The kitten was given the name, "Lucky."

I am praying that this man gets what he deserves....and hope he don't get a slap on the wrist and let go....the best would to let him feel the pain of having his legs broke and see if it fun....it takes a REAL MAN to beat up on a kitten~~~man's depraved nature is full of sin....if you can mistreat a little helpless kitten, you would sure not care to do the same to a child if the opportunity was there.....People need the Lord~~

the comment below sounds like a jerk ! I hope this suspect gets all he deserves LEGALLY and more!!! Wished someone would just beat him endlessly with a golf club and see how it would feel toward him. Too bad a human beating stands more time than beating a helpless kitten or any animal in that fact!!! YOU ANIMAL ABUSERS HAS A SPECIAL PLACE BELOW and God doesnt live there!
