 Kentucky's newest congressman was sworn in, as the 113th Congress convened Thursday in Washington, D.C.
 Republican Andy Barr took the oath of office as the representative for the 6th Congressional District.
 Barr defeated Democratic incumbent Ben Chandler back in November.
 Barr was sworn in by Speaker of the House John Boehner.
