Red River Gorge Geographical Area was selected as one of the Top 10 most magnificent, unheralded parks across America by Country magazine.

The June/July issue included a special section highlighting the most awe-inspiring parks.

Red River Gorge has more than 100 natural sandstone arches, plus with towering cliffs and plunging ravines, the magazine said it was essential to explore Kentucky's rocky wonderland.
