Ramp Closures Scheduled For I-75 In Madison County

The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet, Department of Highways, announces that temporary ramp closures are scheduled for Interstate 75 in Madison County. 

The closures are necessary for maintenance (milling, resurfacing and restriping) work to be completed.

Work will be performed:

 

  • Monday, June 17 – work begins and will continue through Friday, June 21.

Hours of work will be 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. each day.

 

  • Monday, June 24 – work may continue through Friday, June 28.

Hours of work will be 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. each day.

 

SOUTHBOUND

Exit 87 - on ramp & off  ramp

Exit 95 - on ramp & off  ramp

 

NORTHBOUND

Exit 87 - on ramp & off  ramp

Exit 90 - on ramp

Exit 95 - on ramp & off  ramp

 

  • Closures will be three (3) to four (4) times for each day of work.
  • Signage (including detours) will be in place showing alternate routes during the times of closure.

All scheduled work is subject to change depending on weather, emergencies and other factors beyond the control of the Department of Highways.

The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet asks the traveling public to be aware of the work zone and to utilize safe driving habits when traveling near the area.
