Backers of more sex education in Kentucky Schools rallied at the Capitol.
Planned Parenthood and the ACLU took part.
They cited numbers and say a teenager gives birth every 72 minutes in Kentucky.
The group also says that teen pregnancy costs the state $138 million a year.
