The man accused of killing a pregnant jogger faces the death penalty.

Christopher Allman is accused of killing Sarah Hart in Russell County on June 14th.

Her body was found after she was separated from her sister while jogging.

A friend of the Hart family confirms to ABC 36 that prosecutors will try for the death penalty in the case.

Allman is accused of murder, fetal homicide, kidnapping and robbery.
