Clark County Prosecutors Seeking Death Penalty In Fatal Shooting Case

Prosecutors in Clark County say they'll seek the death penalty in a double murder case.

Police say Aaron Lewis shot two men when he broke into a home in May of 2011.

Lewis' trial is scheduled to start in April of 2013.
